Renovation dust settles twice. We clean after the contractor clears out and before your walkthrough — priced as a deep or move-out clean plus heavy duty, or hourly if the scope is still moving.
When the shoot moves up, or the tenant leaves the place worse than expected, we can usually get a crew out that day.
Our cleaners are on payroll and trained on our published checklist. The referral you send gets the same standard as the last one.
If something was missed, tell us within 72 hours and we send the same crew back to correct it at no charge.
