Our story
OneTouch Cleaners was started in 2022 by Roo, an entrepreneur with a finance background who saw an opportunity that most people overlook. The cleaning industry had thousands of operators who could clean a home well enough, but very few who treated booking, communication, scheduling, and follow-up with the same care.
Roo's bet was that if you ran a cleaning business with the operating discipline of a finance team, clear processes, transparent pricing, fast response times, and accountability for every touchpoint. That's exactly what he built, and it's what San Diego had been waiting for.
